Job summary

WOB Bar & Kitchen in Richmond is seeking a professional restaurant server to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, maintain a positive demeanor, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

As a server, you will greet guests, present menus, take orders, relay requests to the kitchen, deliver food and drinks, check in on guests, and handle payments with accuracy. We offer a friendly environment with growth opportunities and meal discounts for in-house cravings.

• Provide the goal for our customers: Lifting customers spirits one glass at a time!
• Be positive, finding fun in the moment, doing good work and lifting the mood of others.
• Provide our style of service: casual, friendly, fun and perfectly paced to the customer's pace.
• Engage as the salesperson for our quality craft food and beverage offerings. Assist the customer in exploring our World of Beer.
