Job summary

Harrah’s is seeking a Bar Porter in Ohio to replenish stock, maintain bar inventory, and assist bartenders during peak periods. You will stock beer, liquor, glassware, and garnishes, and ensure clean, sanitary bar operations behind the scenes.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and adapting to varied shifts, including nights and weekends. High school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior restaurant/bar service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Replenish stock and clean behind the bar.
• Obtain supplies from warehouse and maintain bar inventory.
• Prepare garnishes and stock beer, liquor, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Washes and dries glassware per sanitation guidelines.
• Set up bars with ice, tools and supplies for forecasted levels.
• Assist bartender and other staff during busy periods.
• Perform bartender duties during breaks.
