Job summary

Paylocity is seeking a Bar Porter to stock glassware, condiments, beer, and other beverage items while delivering excellent guest service across beverage outlets. You will maintain inventory, perform bar transfers, and keep the bar area clean and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred candidates have a High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent) and 6+ months of prior food service experience. The role requires working varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with strong English

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of prior relevant experience in food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and serve assigned beverage outlets, maintain inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness of beverage areas and bar equipment.
• Complete required paperwork including bar transfers and dry stock deliveries.
• Maintain pars of liquor, beer, and supplies in cooler and dry storage area.
• Set-up and breakdown portable bars in designated areas.
• Ensure correct freight elevators and delivery routes to designated hotel areas and beverage outlets.
• Organize bar pump room areas and identify non-stock items.
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority.
