Hard Rock International's Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa is seeking a Bar Porter for a part-time, onsite position. You will manage bar supplies, assist with carts and liquor storage, and help maintain a clean, safe service area to ensure a memorable guest experience.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of high-volume beverage service in a nightlife setting, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable availability for varied shifts. TIPS training is preferred and ongoing.

Creates a high standard of cleanliness to bar, according to established policies, so guests enjoy a safe and memorable experience.**Essential duties include, but are not limited to:*** Works towards providing guests with a safe and memorable experience.* Pushes, pulls, stocks and unloads carts and liquor cabinets.**Qualifications:*** Minimum 1- 2 years of high volume beverage service experience in a night club.* High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.* Must possess knowledge of different brand beverage items.* Must undergo TIPS training on an ongoing basis.* Must possess good time management skills* Must be able to work without close supervision.* Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and other team members* Must have an open availability and ability to work a flexible schedule* Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole* Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.**Work Environment:*** Duties and responsibilities are typically performed in the back of house of the casino, which can be faced-paced with excessive noise. Also, there may be times where you will need to be on the Casino Floor or pass through this area.
