What the Role Is
As a Bar Operations Specialist, you'll represent a select group of premium spirits from the Heaven Hill portfolio. This position will drive sales, build advocacy, and elevate brand awareness through strategic market activations, education, and events. The Specialist will focus on building Heaven Hill brand love and advocacy within target on-premise accounts in the local market. Advocacy wins with achieving long-term growth through education, events and relationships versus the traditional sales approach/ways of working.
In this position, you will champion premium spirits, including Tequila Ocho, Widow Jane Whiskey, Heaven Hill Bottled-in-Bond, Old Fitz 7 Year, Rittenhouse Rye, Mezcal Vago, and Bluecoat Gin.
