Responsibilities

• Wash and replace bar glassware and clear service areas.
• Clean work areas, coolers, and waste containers.
• Sweep, mop, and store cleaning equipment after shifts.
• Prepare garnishes, syrups, and beverage items.
• Stock items and assist with food and beverage displays.
• Operate dish machines and cleaning equipment.
