Job summary

Compass Group USA's Levy division at M&T Bank Stadium is hiring a Blackwing/Trust Mixologist Assistant to support the bar team and ensure smooth service during events.

You will assist bartenders with liquor and beverage preparation, restock supplies, and help with opening/closing duties in a fast-paced stadium environment. This role offers opportunities to learn, grow and be part of a great team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar/lounge areas; washes tables, walls, refrigerators and floors under equipment; sweeps and mops service areas.
