We are seeking a qualified Bar Manager for one of our locations in California, United States.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure compliance with service standards and operating procedures.
2. Supervise daily restaurant activities.
3. Manage labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory control, while focusing on revenue-generating solutions to maximize profit.
4. Perform effectively in a high-volume environment.
5. Maintain product quality and restaurant cleanliness.
6. Coach, lead, and develop the restaurant team.
7. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to maintain adequate inventory levels.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary ranges from $65,000 to $72,000, based on experience. Benefits include medical insurance, transfer to USAVisa support.
