Rusty Pelican Miami, an iconic waterfront dining destination known for its stunning views, innovative cocktails, and exceptional service, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar operations. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-energy, high-volume restaurant where creativity, leadership, and guest experience take center stage.

What You'll Be Doing:

As Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bar service and beverage operations. From maintaining impeccable bar standards and managing inventory, to coaching your team and curating an elevated guest experience, your leadership will play a key role in driving our brand and reputation forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day bar operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to brand standards
• Hire, train, and manage a high-performing bar team, fostering a culture of accountability and hospitality
• Monitor and manage beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Develop and implement seasonal cocktail menus in collaboration with the Beverage Director and culinary team
• Ensure compliance with all local and state liquor laws and health department regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar environment
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to drive beverage revenue
• Uphold Rusty Pelican's high standards of quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of bar management experience in a high-volume, upscale or fine dining environment
• Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, mixology, and current beverage trends
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
• ServSafe and TIPS certifications preferred
• Flexible schedule with availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
