The ideal candidate has 3+ years in bar management, deep product knowledge of spirits and cocktails, and proven leadership in high-volume environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years bar management or lead bartender experience in high-volume settings.
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain strong bar teams.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Comfortable with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant metrics.
• Passion for guest service and creating memorable experiences.
