Job Description

Responsible for the leadership and operation of the F&B Outlets. The main responsibilities for this position include leading, training, mentoring, and hiring the right talent to support an outstanding Food and Beverage Operation according to corporate standards of product and service.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of the F&B Outlets.
  • Monitor outlet for seating availability, service, safety, cleanliness, and the well-being of restaurant guests.
  • Maintain full familiarity with menus and beverage offerings.
  • Create seasonal menus.
  • Responsible for all liquor pars and ordering daily supplies, equipment, and tools.
  • Manage scheduling, complete weekly payroll, and perform forecasting.
  • Participate in interviewing/recruiting new associates.
  • Monitor food and liquor requisitions and food waste.
  • Manage staff performance, including attendance, department meetings, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper attire.
  • Champion and drive the Omni Power of Engagement culture.
Qualifications
  • Must have and maintain current Food Handlers and TABC certifications.
  • At least two years of experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or Restaurant Manager, preferably in a 4-star high-volume restaurant or hotel.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English, both verbally and in writing, with guests, members, management, and co-workers, in person and by telephone.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team on food presentations, specials, and promotions.
  • Familiarity with food and beverage cost controls.
  • Experience with menu design.
