The Doyle Collection's Doyle Bar at Dupont Circle invites a Bar Manager to lead a talented team, elevate cocktail service, and partner with the Bar GM and F&B Director to uphold luxury standards. You will recruit, train, and support staff, mentor bartenders, and craft memorable guest experiences in a glamorous, mid‑century inspired setting on Dupont Circle.

This role rewards leadership and a passion for creative drinks.

If you thrive off the atmosphere in a cocktail led bar, mixing drinks, entertaining our guests and leading a team, this opportunity to join our Doyle Bar is perfect.

As our Bar Manager, you will be working alongside the Bar General Manager and Food and Beverage Director to ensure our team are delivering the highest standards of customer service at all times.

With involvement in recruitment, training and providing ongoing support for the team, we are looking for someone experienced at working within a supervisory role in a luxury setting, with a passion for serving up creative cocktails.
