Roles and Responsibilities

Guest Experience

• Coach team members on delivering excellent guest service.
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve guest issues.
• Engage with guests and solicit feedback.
• Handle escalated guest concerns in coordination with management.

Operations Leadership

• Model standards and behaviors expected of managers and staff.
• Train staff on new menu items and standards.
• Manage staff schedules and performance.
• Motivate and develop team members.

Financial Performance

• Set and communicate goals related to sales, inventory, and guest satisfaction.
• Review sales trends and initiate growth programs.
• Understand P&L statements, forecasting, and budgeting.

Minimum Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bar Manager or in full-service restaurant management with a bar.
• Proficiency with computer systems (Excel, POS, Windows).
• Results-driven, trustworthy, and team-oriented.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest and employee experiences.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours and lift 50 lbs.
• Pre-employment screening required.

Salary

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
