Job summary

Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center in Hampden South near I-25 and 225 is hiring for dynamic Food & Beverage team members. The role covers serving beverages and/or food, assisting bar operations, and acting as cashier for the lounge.

Must maintain bar stock, prepare garnishes, and handle guest checks with courtesy. Team members will operate 24/7 shifts in a fast-paced hotel environment, adhering to safety procedures and dress standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of state, federal and corporate liquor regulations.
• Hold a current Food Handler Card.
• Basic English writing and arithmetic for vouchers and cash handling.
• Ability to operate a cash register, take orders and process payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take beverage/food orders, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain bar setup, stocking and freshness of garnishes, juices and perishables.
• Handle cash, process charges, and balance cash drops and vouchers.
• Input orders into POS system and manage room service orders.
• Follow safety, health, and security procedures and wear a neat uniform.
