Job summary

Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center in Georgia is seeking a friendly Server to provide a memorable guest experience, serve food and beverages promptly, and handle responsible alcohol service where permitted. This role emphasizes hospitality, quick service, and a fun atmosphere.

You will learn the menu inside out, engage with guests on dining choices, and share in a team that values fun and community.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and guest service driven, focused on creating a memorable guest experience.
• Must meet the required age for Georgia.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• 1 year serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a fun and memorable experience
• Know the menu inside and out
• Engage with guests as they make food and beverage decisions
• Enter orders, deliver food and beverages, process payments
• Ensures ongoing Guest satisfaction by checking back after delivery of food, maintaining drink levels, removing clutter, pre-bussing as necessary, and responding to Guest needs promptly

As a Server, your job responsibilities include; providing an enjoyable experience for every guest, serving food and beverages promptly to our guests, and providing responsible service of alcoholic beverages all while creating a memorable experience for our guests.
