The Brass Tap Inc. is hiring Assistant Managers for our award-winning craft beer bar & kitchen in Warner Robins, GA. Join a local neighborhood venue known for great beer and great food and become part of a winning team.

In this role you will lead a team to source and grow great staff, ensure superb guest experiences, and maintain a safe, clean environment while upholding food safety and responsible alcohol service standards. You will be responsible for growing sales and meeting financial targets.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Min. 2 years experience in full-service, casual restaurant/bar management.
• Min. 21 years or older.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Attend training at franchise headquarters in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to source, select, and grow great members.
