Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must obtain work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Must have cash handling experience.
• Understanding of alcohol classifications, glassware, brand names and drink recipes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks according to standards and health rules.
• Process transactions using the POS system and manage cash variances.
• Keep the bar stocked and monitor inventory to avoid shortages or overages.
