Job summary

Palace Station in Las Vegas is seeking a bartender to prepare and serve drinks to guests and beverage servers, ensuring compliance with company policies and health standards while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will handle cash and POS transactions, maintain a fully stocked bar with accurate inventory, and prevent overages or shortages. Knowledge of wines, spirits, cocktails and garnishes will help upsell and enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21; must obtain work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines, spirits, beverages, cordials and after-dinner drinks.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Understanding of alcohol classes, glasses, brands, recipes and garnishments.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves drinks in compliance with company and health department standards.
• Processes transactions using the POS system and manages cash variances; maintains bar stocked.
