Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication, guest service, attention to detail and problem solving skills required.
• Must obtain ABC certificate for safe alcohol service and RBS certification.
• Knowledge of POS systems and ability to handle cash with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Take and document drink and food orders, including call and premium brands.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages accurately per orders and ABC requirements.
• Input orders at POS, manage checks, and handle guest payments with accuracy.
