Qualifications

• Great verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability to work late nights, weekends, holidays, and weekdays as needed.
• Prior bartending experience required.

Responsibilities

• Wipe, clean, and polish the bar counter, shelves, bottles, glasses, and equipment.
• Inventory and stock the bar for setup with beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
• Receive drink orders from patrons and wait staff.
• Mix ingredients in preparing orders according to standard recipes.
• Ring drink and food orders from bar patrons into the register.
• Count inventories, requisition products, and restock the bar with beverages, utensils, linen, boutique products, and supplies.
• Stock clean glassware on glass shelves behind the bar.
• Slice, peel, and arrange fruit and other garnishes.
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble blenders and other equipment.
• Receive, ring up, collect money, and make change for employee shift meals.
