Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proficient in English verbal and written.
• Less than a high school education; or up to one-month related experience; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude for guests.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays if applicable.
• Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and communicate with customers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Check and empty trash left in food service facility.
• Mop, sweep and clean concession and bar areas and other assigned areas.
• Fill ice bins at each concession and bar area.
• Distribute products to concession and bar areas as instructed.
• Receive and store deliveries through wine room and commissary.
• Turn on draft beer system daily and maintain equipment.
• Follow safety requirements as outlined in manuals and departments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
