Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standards and recipes.
• Verify guest age and identification to ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and mobile payments.
• Restock bar supplies, liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, cups, and ice.
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary.
• Maintain bar areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including inventory counts and cleaning duties.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth event operations.
