Es Vedra Cinemas in Nashville is seeking an energetic Bartender to craft and serve beverages, ensuring top guest service and a vibrant bar atmosphere. You will greet guests, take orders, follow recipes, manage inventory, and collaborate with staff to deliver memorable experiences.

You must have a HS diploma or GED, food handler and alcohol certifications, and prior high-volume bartending experience. Availability for holidays, nights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age / 21 years in OK, VA and NC.
• Food Handler and state alcohol certificate required.
• Previous high volume bartending experience preferred.
• Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in line with recipes and standards.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Keep bar area clean and organized; wash glassware and manage spills.
• Monitor inventory; assist with restocking and organizing supplies.
• Process cash and card transactions accurately via POS system.
• Verify customer age to comply with drinking laws.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Assist with setup and execution of private events and promotions.
• Stay informed on beverage trends to improve skills.
