Formación

• Understanding of alcohol service, garnishes, and soda/juice/liquor basics.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and serves drinks to guests and beverage servers in compliance with company and health department standards and policies.
• Performs food service and extensive beverage preparation for the assigned outlet while maintaining high guest service and safety.
• Processes transactions using the POS system and manages cash variances.
• Keeps the bar stocked with no overages or shortages.
