Job summary

Dave & Buster's in Natick, MA is hiring a Bar Support Team Member to assist bartenders by keeping bar areas clean, stocked and ready to provide prompt, friendly service to guests. This role is ideal for people who enjoy a lively atmosphere and teamwork.

You will follow alcohol awareness procedures, help with bar inventories, restock supplies, and assist in opening/closing duties while ensuring safety, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an unparalleled Guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks, and games.
• Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
• Creates a warm, fun atmosphere for Guests and Team Members.
• Follows alcohol awareness procedures for preventing intoxication and dealing with intoxicated Guests.
• Checks back after delivery of food and maintains nonalcoholic drink levels.
• Delivers food to tables and ensures the Guests have everything they need.
• Assists in cleanliness and organization of bar storage areas.
