Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Bar Back to clean and maintain all aspects related to the Twin Peaks bar and its unique beverage program. Each team member is defined by pride, high standards, and discipline when it comes to maintaining the Twin Peaks bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhering to uniform standards
  • Maintaining a clean and sanitized bar following policies and procedures
  • Keeping stations and equipment clean and organized
  • Following HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements at all times
  • Working effectively as part of a team
  • Training using tablets or computers
  • Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Assisting with opening and closing duties such as restocking, cleaning, and mopping
  • Ensuring the bar is always well-stocked
  • Changing kegs, checking taps and appliances for proper operation
The Uniform
  • Wearing a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times
  • Keeping hair clean and tucked underneath the hat
  • Maintaining a clean-shaven face or well-maintained beard/mustache
  • Keeping fingernails trimmed
  • Not wearing jewelry in ears, face, neck, or wrists
  • Not wearing headphones or earbuds
  • Wearing a clean, non-faded, unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in
Education and Experience

Proven experience as a Bar Back.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning and sanitation policies.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standard situations with minimal variables.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations

Attend orientation, complete training, and obtain any required certifications such as food or alcohol service.

Physical Demands

Stand, walk, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Vision abilities include close and peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus.

Work Environment

Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, humid conditions, and possibly cigarette or cigar smoke. Reasonable accommodations available for disabilities.
