Job Description

This job requires the Twin Peaks Bar Back to clean and maintain all aspects related to the Twin Peaks bar and its unique beverage program. Each team member is defined by pride, high standards, and discipline when it comes to maintaining the Twin Peaks bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards
• Maintaining a clean and sanitized bar following policies and procedures
• Keeping stations and equipment clean and organized
• Following HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements at all times
• Working effectively as part of a team
• Training using tablets or computers
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Performing any other duties deemed necessary by management
• Assisting with opening and closing duties, including restocking, cleaning, and mopping
• Ensuring the bar is always well-stocked
• Changing kegs, checking taps, and ensuring appliances are in good repair

The Uniform

• Wearing a clean TP black hat facing forward at all times
• Keeping hair clean and underneath the TP hat
• Maintaining a clean-shaven face; beards and mustaches must be groomed
• Keeping fingernails trimmed
• Not wearing jewelry in ears, face, neck, or wrists
• Not wearing headphones or earbuds
• Wearing a clean, non-faded, unwrinkled TP kitchen shirt tucked in

Education and/or Experience

Proven experience as a Bar Back.

Language Skills

Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to follow simple instructions and deal with standardized situations.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Attend orientation, complete training, and obtain necessary certifications as per local regulations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, handle objects, and occasionally lift up to 30 pounds. Visual abilities include close, peripheral, and depth perception.

Work Environment

Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, wet or humid conditions, and possibly cigarette or cigar smoke. Reasonable accommodations can be provided for disabilities.
