**Job Description**

The Complex is a live music venue in Downtown Salt Lake City, established in 2010. It hosts major acts across various music genres, including Billie Eilish, Billy Idol, Slayer, Travis Scott, and Vampire Weekend. The venue comprises five separate spaces: indoor venues Rockwell, The Grand, Vertigo, Papa Wolf's, and an outdoor venue, The Lot.

The Barback supports the bar operations by managing inventory, transporting, stocking, cleaning, and assisting staff. Responsibilities include opening and closing duties, reordering supplies, and ensuring the needs of the business and guests are met. Duties may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

**This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee**

**Compensation Data**

The tipped hourly rate for this position is $5. This estimate reflects Aramark's current assessment of the position's compensation as of the posting date.

Employees are in an 'at-will' employment relationship, and Aramark reserves the right to modify compensation and other employment terms at any time for any reason, including performance and market factors.

**Job Responsibilities**

1. Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness of workstations and guest areas.
2. Deliver products and maintain inventory accuracy using transfer sheets.
3. Ensure the bar is stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer, and check equipment for proper operation, including keg changes.
4. Maintain cleanliness by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and removing waste.
5. Provide excellent guest service and maintain a positive attitude.
6. Follow safety and sanitation policies and ensure security of assets.

Job duties may change or new responsibilities may be assigned without notice.

**Qualifications**

• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous food service experience preferred
• Excellent guest service skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and walk constantly

This role may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking. Uniforms and PPE may be required.
