Base pay range

$7.25/hr - $7.25/hr

Position Summary

The Bar Back supports bartenders by restocking products and supplies to ensure they remain fully stocked during events. This role is vital for maintaining efficient bar operations during busy times and requires adherence to all policies related to alcohol dispensing. Excellent attendance is mandatory, and availability for scheduled events is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Stock bar supplies, including beverages, ice, and utensils; move and tap kegs.
• Assist in draft beer pouring, wine service, and supply restocking for bartenders.
• Ensure equipment is operational and clean before events.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar and surrounding areas.
• Keep high-profile locations like the 4K TCL Bar and Sky Club clean and orderly.
• Recognize and report visibly intoxicated guests.
• Follow sanitation, health, and safety standards.
• Demonstrate excellent attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Effective communication skills with staff and guests.
• Valid food handling and alcohol service permits as required.
• Basic math skills for inventory management.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and speaking.
• Experience in high-volume bar service preferred.
