The Bar Back is responsible for supporting the bartender by restocking products to ensure the bar stays fully stocked during events, while following all policies and procedures regarding alcohol dispensing. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled based on business needs.

This role pays an hourly rate between $11.00 plus tips.

1. Stock products for the bar, including beverages, ice, and supplies; move kegs and tap kegs; draft beer and pour wine; run supplies to bartenders.
2. Ensure all location equipment is operational and clean before events.
3. Maintain cleanliness of the bar and surrounding areas, including sanitation procedures, mopping floors, cleaning mats, emptying trash, and keeping storage areas organized.
4. Recognize guests who are visibly intoxicated and alert bartenders accordingly.
5. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
6. Demonstrate excellent attendance as per company standards.
7. Work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
8. Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues, management, and guests to foster a positive work environment.
9. Possess valid food handling and alcohol service permits if required by law.
10. Calculate basic math functions related to inventory management.
11. Speak, read, and write in English.
12. Experience in a high-volume bar setting is preferred.
