Job summary

Topgolf in Ridgeland, MS is hiring a Bartender to greet Players with energy, craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks, and help create a fast-paced, fun experience. You will upsell drinks and bites, keep the bar clean and organized, and work with a team to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Greet Players with energy and personality—create a welcoming bar experience by connecting with them, learning what brings them in, and recommending drinks they'll love.
• Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and even game upgrades to elevate their visit and keep the good times flowing.
• Mix up a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to perfection, while keeping the bar area neat, stocked, and ready to roll—from cleaning glassware to ensuring smooth operations throughout the day.
• Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top-notch service by going the extra inch—ensuring every Player feels like a VIP, the Topgolf Way.
• Commitment to Safety and Sanitation: We provide a safe and fun environment for all who come to play by sticking to safety and sanitation standards, keeping the bar clean, safe, and compliant—because a great experience starts with a clean and safe environment!

Physical Requirements

• Lift and Move Things: You’ll be handling items up to 50 lb., so being comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying things is key.
• On Your Feet: Expect to be on your feet for most of the day, so a love for walking throughout your shift.
• Active Tasks: From task to task, you’ll be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
• A can-do attitude is essential!
• Endurance: Whether it’s a long shift or tackling a task that takes time, we’re looking for someone who can keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment.
