Job Summary

Summary: Receive and replenish liquor, beer, and wine from storerooms, ensuring the bar is stocked throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms, deliver to bar.
• Set up bottles on the bar, ensuring 'top shelf' liquors are on the back shelf.
• Check that beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of bar/lounge areas.
• Ensure rubbish is disposed of properly.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
