Job Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins, ensuring that bartenders have clean towels, glassware, etc.
• Deliver product and use transfer sheets to maintain inventory integrity
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the appearance of workstations and guest service areas
• Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
• Check taps and appliances to ensure proper functioning and change out kegs as needed
• Maintain cleanliness by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash
• Provide excellent guest service with a positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards
• Ensure security of company assets

Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred
• Excellent guest service skills, ability to prioritize and accomplish tasks quickly
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Constant standing and walking required

Physical Demands

This role may involve lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking, and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
