Role Overview

As a Barback, you will support the Bartender team by ensuring they have the supplies needed to serve customers. Responsibilities include stocking, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness in the work area.

This role offers an hourly wage of $13.85 plus tips.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with opening and closing duties, such as restocking garnishes, straws, napkins, and ensuring clean glassware.
• Maintain proper stock levels of ice, liquor, wine, and beer.
• Check taps and appliances for proper functioning.
• Keep the bar clean by wiping surfaces, sweeping, mopping, and removing soiled glassware.
• Learn about menu items and cocktail recipes.

• Experience as a barback preferred.
