Job summary

Eurest, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring immediately for full-time BAR BACK positions at Delta SEA in Seatac, WA. The role requires experience in hotels/resorts/fine dining and involves stocking, setup, and assisting bartenders in a fast-paced environment.

Typical duties include receiving liquor, replenishing bar supplies, and maintaining a clean bar area. Weekends and holidays may be required; weekly pay and a fixed pay rate of $28.00 per hour are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working in hotels, resorts, and/or fine dining restaurants required.

Responsibilities

• Receives all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes liquor, beer and wine in the bar throughout the shift.
• Retrieves food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with top-shelf liquor on back shelf.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter and keeps supplies stocked.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area and maintains cleanliness of bar/lounge areas.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
