Responsibilities

• Receives liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and as needed.
• Replenishes liquor, beer and wine in the bar during shift.
• Sets up bottles on bar with back-shelf liquor.
• Maintains beer taps and cleans bar surfaces.
• Places snacks on the counter and keeps supplies stocked.
• Assists in opening/closing side work and buses tables.
• Washes surfaces and floors; maintains bar area cleanliness.
• Prepares beverages as needed to assist bartender.
