Job summary

Levy, part of Compass Group USA, seeks a bar team member in Chicago to receive liquor and wine daily, stock the bar, and deliver items to the bar area. The role includes setting up top-shelf bottles, stocking snacks, and assisting with opening/closing tasks.

You will help maintain cleanliness in bar and lounge areas, transport items from storerooms, and support bartenders with beverage service throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed food items from kitchen and delivers to bar area.
• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and delivers to bar area.
• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar/lounge areas; cleans tables, walls, refrigerators and floors.
• Removes rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
