Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Bar Back to clean and maintain the Twin Peaks bar and its beverage program. You will support opening/closing duties, restock the bar, and help keep a clean, sanitized environment for guests.

Strong English communication and the ability to follow policies and safety standards are essential. Prior bar experience is preferred; orientation and training are provided before shifts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must attend orientation and complete training prior to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized bar per policies.
• Keep stations and equipment organized and stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking items.
• Ensure bar taps and appliances are in good repair.
