Topgolf is hiring a Bar Back in Ohio to support bartenders, keep the bar stocked, and ensure a high-energy, enjoyable experience for Players and Playmakers. This hourly role offers a fast-paced team setting and opportunities to grow within the brand.

You will assist with drink service, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while embracing Topgolf's values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage and Caring.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and teamwork are essential.
• Experience in hospitality or entertainment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders to keep drinks flowing and energy high.
• Keep bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes and ice, and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with bartenders and playmakers to ensure smooth service.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards.
• Live Topgolf values daily to ensure a great player experience.
