Job summary

Topgolf in Minnesota is hiring for Bar Back and other hourly roles. This position supports bartenders, keeps bar stocked, maintains cleanliness, and helps deliver high-energy, fun player experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have a positive attitude, team mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy venue. Prior hospitality or entertainment exposure is a plus, with flexible day, night and weekend shifts and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Responsibilities

• Role and Interaction with Players: Support the bartenders by ensuring they have everything they need to keep the energy high and the drinks flowing, helping to create a fun and seamless experience for our players!
• Key Aspect of the Role: Keep the bar stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice, while maintaining a clean and organized area by cleaning glassware, equipment, and utensils—and collecting empty glasses and bottles to keep drink service running smoothly without missing a beat!
• Contribution to Topgolf and Other Playmakers: Be a key team player by working alongside bartenders and other playmakers to ensure service runs like clockwork, contributing to unforgettable player experiences!
