Job Purpose: Assist bartenders by maintaining a clean, stocked bar area, and providing efficient service.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing mixes and garnishes
• Ensuring proper stock rotation
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Assisting with loading/unloading supplies
• Providing guest information and cultivating repeat business
• Monitoring guest behavior and reporting issues
• Completing opening, closing, and safety duties

Qualifications & Skills:

• High School Diploma preferred
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license
• Experience with POS systems and bar operations
• Knowledge of beer and spirits
• Strong guest service and safety skills

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements: Work indoors/outdoors, in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and handling various physical tasks.
