Qualifications

• Provides top-tier guest service and builds rapport with guests.
• Learn regulars' names and orders to tailor recommendations.
• Assist bartenders in crafting cocktails and serving bourbons.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and restock supplies for quick service.
• Keep bar stocked and organized in a high-volume environment.
• Prepare garnishes before opening to ensure smooth service.
• Display glassware and liquor bottles attractively.
• Serve alcohol responsibly and comply with state laws.
• Identify and refuse service to intoxicated patrons.
• Follow health, sanitation and safety procedures at all times.
• Open and close the bar, monitoring guests and safety practices.
• Work late nights and weekends to prep for opening.
