The Wiseguy Lounge in Cincinnati is seeking an energetic bartender to join our award-winning bar program. You will greet guests, build rapport, and guide them through a curated bourbon and cocktail menu while assisting bartenders with drink preparation.

We value mixology know-how, strong cash handling, and a proven ability to thrive in a high-volume setting. Flexible scheduling and late-night shifts are required to support our peak hours.

Qualifications

• Provide highest level of customer service to every guest and build rapport.
• Learn regulars' names and orders; recommend menu items to walk-in guests.
• Assist bartenders in crafting cocktails and serving a wide bourbon selection.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock; wash glassware and restock supplies.
• Ensure bar is stocked, organized, and running smoothly in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and thank guests; engage with patrons and build rapport.
• Know regular customers and tailor recommendations from the menu.
• Support bartenders by prep-cocking and serving drinks.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Open and close the bar; monitor guests and ensure safe practices.
• Work late nights and weekends to prepare for service.
