Job Summary

The role involves receiving, replenishing, and managing liquor, beer, and wine supplies at the bar, along with other related duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Retrieve food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms, and deliver to the bar.
2. Set up bottles on the bar, ensuring 'top shelf' liquors are on the back shelf.
3. Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
4. Stock bar snacks, supplies, and maintain cleanliness.
5. Assist with opening and closing side work.
6. Bus tables and maintain the bar area's tidiness.
7. Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors, and remove rubbish.
8. Prepare and serve beverages as needed to support the bartender.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.
