Job Summary

Summary: Receive and replenish liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms and deliver to the bar.
• Set up bottles on the bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of the bar area.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors under equipment.
• Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
