About the Job:

We are looking for an energetic, attentive Busier or Bar-back and food runner attendant who is committed to providing a high-quality experience to our customers.
We have a couple of positions open for am or pm shifts full-time or part-time.

Requirements:

1. Be able to work Friday and Saturday Sunday am or nights.
2. The ability to lift heavy weights, attention to detail, teamwork, multitasking, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. The Bar-back's responsibilities include backing up bartenders.
2. Required tasks such as maintaining stocks, changing kegs, collecting empty glasses, maintaining the cleanliness of the Bar and Lounge area, ensuring there is plenty of clean glassware, and re-stocking ice.
3. To succeed you should be friendly, proactive, and efficient.
4. Interacting with customers, running food orders for bartenders and Cocktail Servers.
5. Cleaning and clearing tables.
6. Assisting with opening and closing duties, such as preparing ingredients and restocking items, and sweeping and mopping.
7. Learning about food and beverages, such as wine, beer, and cocktails.
8. Taking inventory of supplies and ingredients.
