Job Summary

Summary: Receive liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed; replenish bar supplies during shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms; deliver to bar.
• Set up bottles with top-shelf liquor on back shelf.
• Ensure beer taps are functioning properly.
• Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies throughout shift.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Buses tables and maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors; sweep and mop service areas.
• Remove rubbish from all receptacles.
• Prepare and serve beverages as needed to assist bartender.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
