The Restaurant Bar Back is responsible for supporting the bartenders and providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during their dining experience while maximizing revenue and creating memorable experiences.

Physical requirements:
- Ability to work required shift
- Light work - Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects
- Ability to stand during entire shift

DUTIES & FUNCTIONS
Fundamental Requirements
- Attend and participate in daily pre-shift meetings, noting VIPs and special requests, and discuss service enhancements
- Be TIPS trained and follow all responsible alcohol service practices
- Support bartenders by maintaining a clean bar environment and stocking glassware, wine, and spirits
- Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to answer guest questions or concerns
- Assist all teammates to enhance the guest experience
- Know emergency fire safety procedures and assist as needed
- Perform all tasks and duties on the shift checklist efficiently and timely
- Maintain a clean work area
