Job Summary: Receives liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom, replenishes bar supplies, and assists with bar setup and maintenance. Essential duties include:

1. Retrieve food and beverage items from kitchen and storerooms.
2. Set up bottles and ensure beer taps are functioning.
3. Stock bar snacks, napkins, and supplies.
4. Assist in opening and closing side work.
5. Bus tables and maintain cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
6. Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, and floors.
7. Prepare and serve beverages as needed.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.
