Job summary

The Post Oak in Oxon Hill, MD is seeking a Bar Back to join our fast-paced guest-focused team. You will support bartenders, restock glassware and supplies, keep the bar area clean, and help deliver a welcoming guest experience.

We provide training, flexible schedules, competitive pay at $15 per hour plus tips, and opportunities for advancement. Applicants must be 18+ and bring 1+ year bar back experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Bar Back experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar establishment.
• Be FRIENDLY, ACCOMMODATING, INCLUSIVE and RESPECTFUL per our Be FAIR principles.
• Must be 18 years of age (required for service of alcohol).
